Hammerfest II
Arriving at the venue fully prepared for a weekend of Metal Mayhem at Hammerfest II, we are somewhat amused by the setting. It's not that the Pontins holiday park isn't fully prepared for the metallers, after all they've hosted events like this before. But are the metallers prepared for Pontins?

Dead By April
WaterRats, London.
21/10/2009
Rating: 4/5
The bar section of the Water Rats in London, inhabits the majority of the audience on this mild night in October. The overwhelming heat radiating from the stage area enough to convince most patrons to hydrate themselves with an abundance of alcohol rather than stand through 2 supporting acts before the main band ( who were scattered around the much cooler bar too!) are even due to play. The wait is an arduous one but after what seems like an eternity in the sensational aroma of body odour, the stage area fills for Dead By April.

Five Finger Death Punch with Shadows Fall
Wolverhampton's Wulfrun Hall has brought us more than it's fair share of top bands in attempt to try and sate the appetite of the metal hungry crowds stretched throughout the Midlands. Tonight is no exception. With a 1,200 (approx.) capacity, which was SOLD OUT for tonight's double headlining show with SHADOWS FALL and FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, the hall is filled to the rafters with metalers ranging the ages from a couple of 10 year olds to your average joe bikers decked out in leather. Trust me, They had 'em all here tonight!
